Why Watermelon Is Important?

     Watermelon also known as Citrullus lanatus  is sweet and refreshing especially on summer days. It has 92% water level with large amount of beta carotene which can interact with medication used for lowering cholesterol. Vitamins like A, B6 and C are also present in watermelon but did you know that it has many uses. Some people made it into wine. You can also use it as vegetable which can be pickled , stir fried or stewed.


For Face:
         It can make us beautiful because it can act as natural moisturizer by simply rubbing it to our face. Leave for 10 minutes to dry and  then rinse with mild soap. It could also make a very good toner. By maintaining it, your face will be  youthful looking and visibly soft.

For Body:
        For those people who are on diet, eating large amount of watermelon is fine because
 it is fat free and low in calories.

For Health:
        Watermelon has lycopene  which is an anti-oxidant that would fight diseases and cancer. It can also quench the inflammation to those conditions like diabetes, arthritis and asthma.
